Multi-phase civil construction delivery across Gosforth, Ganymede and Dimitri Road within the S&J Industrial Park.

  • Measurements from IFC drawings and preparation of monthly progress certificates.
  • Subcontractor management, procurement coordination and commercial administration.
  • Final account negotiation and closure on projects valued at approximately R68 million.
